AI workout builder
Your shorthand in. A finished week out.
Paste in years of Apple Notes. Say the change you would have typed. Approve the draft. CoachSpotter writes programs the way you do, and never sends one you have not seen.
Sam, pull day Pull-ups 3x6 Ring rows 3x10 slow ecc Bar dips 3x8 L-sit 3x20s next wk +1 rep all

Four things it does for you every week.
Imports your notes
Apple Notes, Google Keep, a spreadsheet, a text thread. It reads 3x6 @8, EMOM 10, AMRAP, tempo, and learns the words you use for movements. Anything it is unsure about is flagged, not guessed.
Takes the change by voice or text
"Same as last week for Sam, swap bar dips for ring dips." "Deload week for anyone who hit a PR." One sentence, on any screen, and a draft comes back with the reason.
Progresses the cycle
Build a block once. Each Sunday the next week drafts itself for every client, with load and reps moved on by your own rules. You review a list, not a blank page.
Shows the client's history while you build
Their last weights, personal bests, notes and the movement glossary sit on the same screen as the draft, so you are never flicking between apps.
The AI drafts. You decide.
Every change is shown before and after, with the reason. Accept, edit or throw it away. A client's app only updates when you send.
- Numbers come from rules, not guesses. Sets, reps, loads and rest are computed by a rules engine you can read; the model writes the words and the reasoning.
- It learns your corrections. Fix a movement name or a progression once and it uses yours from then on.
- Private by default. Client data is sent only to produce the result you asked for and is never used to train anything.

Questions trainers ask
Will it change my programming style?
No. It learns from your notes: your shorthand, your rep schemes, how you progress. The first week it writes is meant to look like one you wrote. If it gets something wrong, you edit the draft and it learns the correction.
Can it send a workout to a client without me?
Never. Every change comes back as a before-and-after draft. A client sees nothing until you tap send.
What about voice?
The command box listens on any screen. "Move Sam to Thursday and add a set of pull-ups" is enough. It works for 21 everyday actions: workouts, slots, bookings, approvals, messages, packages and more.
Which AI does it use?
Claude from Anthropic, on the strongest model available, for every request. Sets, reps and loads are computed by our own rules engine, not guessed by the model, so progressions are consistent week to week.
Does AI cost extra?
No. It is part of the per-client price. Each active client adds $3 of AI use to a shared pool, which covers normal use with room to spare.
