What we collect

Account details (name, email, sign-in provider), workouts and programs, bookings, messages, check-ins, progress data and photos you choose to add, and basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the app to you and your trainer, send notifications you have allowed, process AI requests you make, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell personal data.

AI features

When you use AI features, the relevant text or photos are sent to our AI provider to produce a result. Meal photo estimates ask for your consent first and you can correct the result.

Who can see your data

Your trainer sees what your per-feature settings allow. Our staff access data only to provide support or keep the service safe. Service providers process data on our behalf under contract.

Trainers’ branded apps

A trainer’s own app runs on CoachSpotter. CoachSpotter processes data for the trainer and for you as described here.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app or at Delete your account. Data is deleted within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

Your rights and contact

You can download a copy of your data in the app under Menu, Settings, or at Export your data. To correct something, contact support@coachspotter.org.
