Every plan is $4 per active client a month, $3.75 from your 31st. You only pay for clients who actually trained, booked or got a program that month, so a client on holiday costs nothing. Nothing else is metered, and AI is included.

AI is included
Programming, imports, meal estimates and the command box are all in the per-client price. You get a heads-up if your roster's AI pool runs low; past it, AI is billed at cost plus 20%, never cut off.

Extra trainers are $10/mo each on one bill. Their clients pay the same per-client rate, and every trainer gets the same AI, booking and theme.
Questions trainers ask
What counts as an active client?
A client who logged in, booked a session or received a program in that calendar month. A client who did none of those costs nothing that month, so a roster of 40 with 25 training costs you 25.
Is AI really included?
Yes. Every active client adds $3 of AI use to a pool shared across your roster, which covers normal programming, imports and meal estimates with room to spare. You get a heads-up at 80% of the pool. Past it, AI is billed at cost plus 20%, never cut off.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The first 14 days are free for up to 5 clients, and we do not ask for a card to start.
What does Branded actually involve?
Your own listing in the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts, with your name, icon and look. We build and submit it for a one-time $299. Personal developer accounts are fine; no company is needed.
What if I run a gym with other trainers?
Extra trainer seats are $10/mo each on one bill, and their clients pay the same per-client rate.
