Branded
Your app. Your name on the icon. Live in both stores in about a month.
Clients search your name in the App Store and find you, not us. Every workout, booking and message happens inside an app that looks and sounds like your business. We build it, submit it and keep it updated; you keep the listing, the reviews and the clients.
$299 once for the build and submission

What you do
- 1Open two developer accountsAn Apple Developer account ($99 a year) and a Google Play developer account ($25 once), both in your own name. No company needed; the stores show your legal name as the seller.
- 2Hand us the keysYou invite our team account to both (we send you the address). We never need your password.
- 3Pick your lookName, icon, colours, fonts and words in the theme editor. Start from a preset or build from scratch. Takes an evening.
- 4Find twelve testers (Google only)A new personal Play account must run a 14-day closed test with 12 people before its first release. Your clients count. We set the test up; you send the link.
What we do
- 1Build both appsYour icon, name, splash, colours and fonts baked into the iPhone and Android builds. Same code as CoachSpotter, so every update ships to you the same day.
- 2Write the listingsStore screenshots in your look, description, keywords, privacy labels and the review notes Apple and Google ask for.
- 3Submit and chase reviewWe submit, answer the reviewers and resubmit until both are live. Apple review typically takes one to three days.
- 4Give you a siteA one-page site on your domain with your store badges, and links that open your app directly.
From yes to live
- Week 1Accounts opened, look chosen, build started
- Week 2Store listings submitted; Play closed test running
- Weeks 3 to 4Review passed; Play test complete; both apps live
Apple's review and Google's 14-day closed test set the pace, not us. A trainer with both accounts already open can be live inside three weeks.
Questions trainers ask about Branded
Do I need an LLC or a company?
No. Personal Apple and Google developer accounts are fine. The stores show your legal name as the seller; a trading name goes in the app name and listing.
Why is the app in my account and not yours?
Apple rejects template apps submitted from one developer account on behalf of many businesses (App Store Review Guideline 4.2.6). Apps submitted from your own account are allowed, and you own the listing, the reviews and the subscribers.
What happens to my clients already on CoachSpotter?
They open the same workspace from your app. Nothing is re-entered. Their invite link now points to your listing.
What does it cost?
$99/mo on top of the per-client price ($1,089 a year), plus $299 once for the build and submission. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once for the developer accounts.
Can I start on Themed and go Branded later?
Yes. Themed uses the same theme editor, so your look carries over; Branded adds the store listings and your own app icon on the phone.
Tell us about your app.
A name, a rough client count and whether you already have a domain is enough to start. We reply within two working days with what it would look like and when it could be live.
Not ready for the stores? Themed gives you the same look inside CoachSpotter for +$19/mo, and moves to Branded whenever you are.
